The data we connect to and fetch from your Amazon SP-API accounts are strictly for use on Amazon. More importantly your data is yours. Kily does not utilise this data for any other purpose that to optimise your Amazon sales and advertising performance.

DO's

We limit access to data to only those that need it. You can define people in your organisation who should have access. At Kily, only those authorised on a "need to know" basis can view Seller data.

We clearly state partners we share data with. Currently the only external company we provide (limited) data to is Open AI, whose LLM we utilise for powering certain particular features on Kily.

We keep Amazon SP-API Developer Support always updated about the need of data and data types we use.

DO's

Data is never aggregated and shown at a platform level. We only show and utilise data at a Seller level. Critically, no Seller can see or benefit from another Seller's data.
